Patient and clinician innovators are playing steadily more important roles in medical innovation:
How can the traditional medical system adapt?
The field of medicine is constantly evolving with new technologies and innovations. To stay updated, medical students and doctors need to understand the modern clinical innovation landscape, including different sources of medical innovations, and how to integrate clinician and patient innovations into medical practice. This course provides an in-depth understanding of modern clinical innovation, exploring case studies of successful clinical innovations such as medical devices, software platforms, and drug therapies. Participants will also gain insights into the challenges facing clinicians and patients when adopting new technologies and learn how to overcome them. By the end of the course, medical professionals will have the knowledge and tools to apply the latest clinical innovations to their practice and improve patient care in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
